Four things, run every month.
Local SEO
Google Business Profile, the map pack, service-area pages, and the review flow that keeps you climbing.
Technical & on-page
Site speed, structure, schema markup, and the pages that actually have a chance of ranking.
Google Ads & LSAs
Search campaigns and Local Services Ads, tuned weekly against what's booking — not what's clicking.
AI answer visibility
Your pages restructured so AI assistants quote you as the source, not just rank you in a list.
No mystery. Four steps, in order.
Audit
Where you actually rank today, what you're spending and on what, and which parts of the site are stopping you. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.
Fix the foundation
Speed, structure, schema, Business Profile, and call and form tracking — so that every month after this one is measurable.
Run and tune
Content goes out, campaigns run, and both get adjusted weekly against real outcomes. Nothing is set and forgotten.
Report what matters
Calls, forms, and booked work. Impressions and rankings are in there too, but they're not the scoreboard.
Three numbers. Not twenty.
Most SEO reports are a wall of charts designed to look like work. Yours fits on one screen and answers one question: did this make money?
Calls
Tracked numbers, so we know which ones came from search and which came from ads.
Form fills
Every enquiry attributed to the page and the search that produced it.
Booked work
The only number that pays you. You tell us what closed; we tell you what produced it.
Alex and I have sat down a few different times and each time he has enlightened me with unique marketing strategies that made me really think about our growth!
What everyone asks first.
How long before SEO actually works?
Three to six months for meaningful movement on competitive local terms, sometimes faster on a neglected Business Profile. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either guessing or lying.
Should I run ads while SEO builds?
Usually yes. Ads buy visibility today; SEO earns it and keeps it. Running both means you aren't waiting six months with nothing coming in — and the ad data tells us which terms are worth the SEO effort.
Who owns the accounts and the website?
You do. Ad account, analytics, domain, and site all stay in your name, and you keep admin on every one of them. If we ever part ways, nothing gets held hostage and nothing has to be rebuilt.
What's the minimum commitment?
Three months to start, then month to month. SEO needs a run-up before anyone can judge it fairly, and after that you shouldn't be locked into something that isn't working.
