SkyHouse Social — Websites
Sites built to make the phone ring.
Every build below is live work for a South Florida business. Hover any preview and you can scroll the real homepage, or open the site itself.

The build we point to first
Prestige Weight Loss & Wellness
Two very different services under one doctor. The homepage gives each its own front door, so a new patient picks a lane before they ever pick up the phone.

Legacy Insurance
One action matters here, so one action gets the hero. Everything else on the page exists to make a stranger comfortable enough to request the quote.
View live site →Miller Trial Law
Injury clients compare three firms in one sitting. The site leads with recovered results and keeps the consultation one tap away on every screen.
View live site →Align Chiropractic Center
A neighbourhood practice competing with franchise clinics. Location, hours and booking sit above everything else, because that is all a local search needs.

Aero South Florida
The headline names the two engine types they specialise in. An owner with a PT6A knows inside one second that they are in the right hangar.
View live site →LPBI Construction
Remodeling is a trust purchase. Free consultation sits in the hero, and the licence, insurance and warranty marks sit directly underneath it.
View live site →Next Step Living Agency
Families arrive mid-crisis and assume it costs money. The hero answers the price question before anyone has to be brave enough to ask it.
View live site →Frank Gatto & Associates
Forty-five years lighting live sport. The site leads with the record and the client list, because in this trade the booking follows the reputation.
View live site →Coats Plus Foundation
A condition most physicians have never seen. The site has to teach it to a frightened parent and to a clinician on the same page, then make giving easy.

The Law Office of Bryan F. Docobo, P.A.
A closing attorney competes on certainty, not volume. The build puts the process and the wire-fraud warning where a nervous buyer will actually read them.
Bryan F. Docobo
A short personal site for speaking, board work and introductions — deliberately a few pages, so it stays current instead of going stale.
Beyond the build
A site opens the door. The system behind it does the work.
Most of what costs a small business its evenings is not the website. It is everything the website kicks off: the enquiry that sits unread, the intake typed twice, the follow-up nobody remembers. We build that layer too.
Lead tracking you can actually work
A form that only sends an email is a lead you will lose on a busy week. We land every enquiry in a table instead — service, source, status, owner, next action — so the follow-up is a filter rather than a memory test.
We run SkyHouse on exactly this. Clients, engagements, retainer billing and contractor payments all sit in one base.
Automation for the work nobody wants
Intake routed to the right place. Files named and filed the same way every time. Reminders that fire whether or not anyone remembered. The unglamorous repetition that quietly eats a morning a week.
In build now for Aero South Florida — an aircraft maintenance shop where one person handles every work order, report and customer thread alone.
An assistant that answers after hours
Most of what a new customer asks is the same handful of questions. We build the thing that answers them at 11pm — your services, your intake, the things you will not promise — and passes you the ones worth a phone call.
Live on Prestige Health and Wellness: a guided quick-answers assistant, custom built, no third-party widget.
We will also tell you when a checklist beats an agent. Most “AI problems” turn out to be process problems, and the cheapest fix is usually the one that keeps working after we leave.
How a build runs
A scope you can read, a version 1.0 that ships, then changes while it earns.
STEP 01
Scope on paper
Pages, asset list and the date those assets are due, written down. Nothing starts until we have both signed off on what is in it.
You get a scope docSTEP 02
Build version 1.0
Cut to what the site actually needs to work. It gets in front of real visitors sooner, and it keeps your first invoice smaller.
You get a working siteSTEP 03
Publish, then sharpen
We launch as soon as it is presentable and refine against real behaviour, instead of guessing at a perfect site nobody has used yet.
You get changes that payLet’s Work Together
