Nothing here is negotiated case by case. This is the card, and it's the same card everyone gets.
How booking works
- Deposit
- 50% holds the date. The balance is due on delivery.
- Hours
- The booked window includes setup and teardown. Overage is $200 an hour, billed in full hours.
- Crew minimum
- Any shoot with a second person has a 4-hour minimum. Crew is booked by the day.
- Cancellation
- Inside 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Inside 48 hours, the full rate applies — crew is booked and gets paid either way.
- Revisions
- Two rounds on any edited deliverable. A third round is $175.
- Travel
- Outside the tri-county area, add a half-day rate per travel day plus expenses.
