SkyHouse
Privacy policy
This page explains what skyhousesocial.com collects, why, where it goes, and how to get it removed. It covers the chat, the contact forms, and the small script that records how you arrived.

The short version
We collect what you type into a form or the chat so we can reply to you. We record which channel brought you to the site so we know what is worth doing again. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked us a question.
What we collect, and when
When you use the chat
The chat has no typing box for free text. It asks for a short, fixed set of things and nothing else:
- Your first and last name
- A phone number
- An email address, if you choose to give one — it is optional
- A business name, if you choose to give one — it is optional
- Which service you are asking about, picked from a list
- How you heard about us, picked from a list
- One optional note picked from a list, such as "questions about pricing"
Everything except your name, phone, email and business name is a button, not a text field. That is deliberate: it keeps the conversation from collecting anything we did not ask for.
If you give us an email in the chat, we use it to follow up on that request and nothing else. It does not go on a newsletter list. We make that promise in the chat and we keep it here.
When you use a form on the site
The contact form asks for your name, email, phone, which services interest you, and anything else you want to tell us. The careers form asks for your name, email, phone, the role you are applying for, and your message.
When you just read the site
A first-party script records how you arrived — search, social, an ad, a link from another site, or directly — along with the page you landed on and the date. It keeps a first visit and a most recent visit for 90 days.
This is stored in your own browser, not on our servers, and it holds no name, email or phone number. It is attached to an enquiry only if you later send one, so that we know which channel produced it.
Calls, texts and email
When you send a request through the chat or a form, you are agreeing that we can contact you about that request by phone, text message or email. That is what the consent line above the send button means.
We contact you about the thing you asked about. We do not send marketing texts. If you would rather we did not text you, say so and we will call or email instead — or reply STOP to any text and we will stop.
Cookies and the notice you saw
The site shows a small notice with Accept and Decline. It controls the source tracking described above.
- Accept lets the script keep the first-visit and most-recent-visit record for 90 days.
- Decline stops it, erases anything already stored, and limits us to the single visit in front of us.
Your choice is itself stored in your browser so you are not asked on every page. Clearing your browser data clears it, and the notice comes back.
We do not currently run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising tracker on this site. If that changes, this page will be updated and the notice will control your consent for it.
Where it goes, and who sees it
Enquiries land in our own database, hosted by Airtable, and a notification email reaches SkyHouse. The people who see it are the SkyHouse team and any contractor working on your project.
The site itself runs on Squarespace, which keeps its own server logs. Those are Squarespace's, governed by their privacy policy, not ours.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We share it with a service provider only where it is needed to do the work you asked for.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our records while there is a live conversation, and afterwards as the record of a client relationship or a quote we gave. The browser-side visit record expires after 90 days on its own.
Getting it removed
Email info@skyhousesocial.com or call (954) 856-3935 and ask. Tell us the name and phone number you used so we can find the record. We will delete it unless we are required to keep it — for instance, where it is part of a signed contract or an invoice.
You can ask us what we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes to this page
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
